Would you like to: 
  • Manage and direct departmental phone calls and oversee the receipt, distribution, and tracking of office mail to ensure efficient communication within the organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, interviews, and pre-employment exams to optimize recruitment process.
  • Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  • Process required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
  • Assist with processing of terminations and support throughout the offboarding process.
  • Conduct various clerical functions, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, and emailing documents.
  • Prepare new employee files and organize documents into appropriate employee files and HR systems.
  • Support the organization's strategic initiatives by providing Human Resources administrative support to all management and workforce staff.
  • Provide direct support to the Human Resources Director.
  • Primary duties support all phases of on-boarding, off-boarding, and full employment life cycle.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
 
You need:  
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
  • Experience and confidence in using various HR software ( e.g.Workday, ADP)
  • Prior experience in recruiting/sourcing/HR or medical field preferred
