You need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years' management experience.
• Exemplary written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute.
• Experience managing large budgets and overseeing a team of 10+.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the desire to build lasting relationships internally and with retail partners.
• Travel required.
• Demonstrated experience and success in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize and summarize complex financial information.
• Demonstrated ability to take a leadership role in building a solid foundation for future growth.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
