What You'll Do
As Pharmacy Manager, you'll serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC), overseeing the safe, accurate, and legally compliant dispensing of prescriptions. You'll manage staff — hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating pharmacists, technicians, and interns — while promoting a strong team culture centered on compliance and patient care. You'll counsel patients on medications and side effects, support clinical services like immunizations and medication therapy management (MTM), and ensure HIPAA compliance across all interactions. You'll oversee regulatory compliance with DEA and Board of Pharmacy requirements, support audits and inspections, manage controlled substance inventory, and drive business performance by monitoring KPIs such as prescription volume, labor costs, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
- Minimum 3-5 years of pharmacy experience
- RX30 experience required
- Self-driven with strong decision-making ability
- Previous retail pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
