This is a special seminar for women of all ages and stages, especially prenatal and postpartum, to learn more about how to strengthen and care for their core and pelvic floor. Come learn strategies that will help you to:

In this seminar you will learn how to identify and increase awareness of your core muscles and your pelvic floor, and you will practice a variety of exercises for strengthening these areas that you can do independently at home.
This class provides a safe environment to discuss issues related to pelvic floor dysfunction, such as incontinence and pain. You will walk away with new knowledge, skills, and daily strategies for staying strong, healthy, and happy through pregnancy, motherhood, and womanhood.
