Our client is looking for a Fence Crew Lead who takes pride in top-quality craftsmanship and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. In this role, you'll lead a crew, manage job sites, and ensure every project is built to last—with precision, efficiency, and durability. If you’re a hardworking leader who doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves and tackling tough jobs in all weather conditions, they’d love to have you on the team!

You need:
- 5+ years in construction, carpentry, or fencing
- Leadership experience managing crews
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Strong physical capability – lifting heavy materials, working outdoors
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining top-quality craftsmanship
