They believe in looking after their clinicians as much as looking after clients, and offer a flexible schedule, an amazing team, and the low-stress environment of either the Mat-Su or Kenai region.

- Provide mental health services to assigned clients, including children, families, couples, and adults
- Establish and implement individualized treatment plans focused on client needs and goals
- Maintain a professional manner, prepare for sessions effectively, starting and stopping all sessions on time
- Complete session documentation in an organized and timely manner
- Work with clients to establish the appropriate care schedule; ensure a full schedule by planning appointments or setting recurring appointment schedules with clients
- Corresponds in a timely manner via email
- Contribute to a positive client experience by assisting to ensure the office is organized, clean and presentable at all times
- See a minimum of 24 clients per week
Ideally you have:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related area
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD in good standing
- Professional license, valid in Alaska, or ability to become licensed in Alaska
- Five years of post-graduate experience
- Experienced and open to working with children, families, individuals and couples
- Ability to see an average of 24-27 clients per week
- Ability to work onsite
- Ability to work in Kenai or Wasilla
