Would you like to:
- Plan and participate in client meetings to discover requirements
- Conduct site investigations, provide written reports of current facilities
- Create detailed designs of all building spaces, images, concepts, and visions to meet client needs
- Provide leadership of professionals (contractors, specialists, engineers)
- Conduct job site inspections
- Provide cost estimates for construction
- Travel occasionally for site visits within Alaska
- Conduct Project Management duties for the duration of construction
- Produce designs as required from concept to completion
- Conduct marketing and interviews
Ideally you have:
- Five-year Bachelor of Architecture, or six-year Master’s degree from a NAAB accredited institution, within the last seven years
- Alaskan license, or ability to be licensed via comity from another state
- Commercial/institutional building construction/architectural experience
- Revit proficiency
- A desire to mentor emerging professionals
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Drive, focused, excellent time-management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Construction industry-related work experience
