The Don Young Alaska Job Corps Center invites local employers, industry leaders, and community partners to our final Community Resource Council event of the year!
Come see firsthand how our students are preparing for careers in today’s workforce. We will showcase all eight of our trade programs and highlight the accomplishments of students who are nearing completion of their training.
But this event is about more than showcasing student talent — it’s about building connections between our students and the employers who need skilled workers.
We are looking to expand our Work-Based Learning Program and develop stronger partnerships with employers who are willing to help students gain real-world experience through opportunities such as:
