NIT's Administrative Assistant Program Level 1 Begins
Administrative workers are an integral part of any office across industry. This hands on, intensive training program will provide students with the skills and knowledge needed for entry level employment in the administrative field. This training includes hard and soft skills, resulting in a strong working knowledge of the complexities of an office environment and the various duties of an administrative clerk, including computer skills, office safety, communication, critical thinking, and accounting awareness.
Class is taught in person at our Anchorage Location. If attending remotely, the student must also have access to a computer with Microsoft 2016 or newer, reliable internet access, webcam with video/audio capabilities.
PREREQUISITES FOR ENROLLMENT
18 years or older
Social Security Card
Valid Driver’s License or State Photo ID
Resume and Cover Letter
CERTIFICATE OR CERTIFICATES
Graduates who successfully complete the course (70% GPA) have the opportunity to earn the following certifications or certificates.
