Free Training: Telecommunications Workshop in Wasilla Begins
This training covers exposure to basic principles in the telecommunications industry including outside plant line and splicing work, installation and repair, simple termination and testing of category cabling, network interface device installation techniques, and other hands-on techniques taught in a workshop environment as it relates to modern telecommunications and principles of light and fiber optics.

This training opportunity is designed to provide participants with an experiential understanding of a career in the construction trades and to enhance participants' abilities to gain employment or enter an apprenticeship within the industrial trades.
