DESCRIPTION:The City will hold a "regular election" on Tuesday\, October 3. \n	City council seats C and D will be on the regular election ballot. Propositions appearing on the ballot must be adopted by July 28\, 2023.\n	The race for mayor will also be on the regular election ballot.\n	Note.
