About Us

Nadon Family Home (NFH) is an Alaskan organization committed to redefining what's possible for individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We provide person-centered services that support independence, connection, and purpose—at home, in the workplace, and throughout the community.

At Nadon Family Home, our mission is to empower individuals of all abilities by creating inclusive employment and skill development opportunities, providing supportive living services, and fostering meaningful community connections. Through personalized support, workplace integration, and advocacy, we help individuals build independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging. By focusing on ability over disability, we ensure that everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and thrive—both in the workplace and in their daily lives.

NFH offers Medicaid waiver services including home and community-based services (HCBS), day habilitation, supported employment, and residential services.

We are also proud to be a leader in inclusive employment, offering real jobs through our own small businesses and supporting others through job coaching, microenterprise consulting, and community partnerships.
