As a key member of this team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, team-based primary care services.
- Adhere to organizational standards, including compliance with the Code of Conduct and agency policies.
- Maintain and enhance your professional skills by participating in training, conventions, and professional societies.
- Actively promote the clinic’s mission and interests in the community.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services, billing, and correspondence.
- Develop and support policies and procedures for agency programs.
- Offer training and educational seminars to staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and patients.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degree from an accredited university.
- A current Alaska APRN license and prescriptive qualifications meeting Federal DEA requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and proficiency in MS Office programs.
- A positive, collaborative attitude that fosters teamwork and cooperation.
Additional Requirements:
- A clear background check.
- Current TB screening test results.
- BLS certification (to be obtained within two weeks of hire).
- CPI certification (or equivalent, such as MANDT certification).
