Stephen Sanchez Added to 2024 Fair Concert Series
Tickets on sale to general public Friday, February 23, 10 a.m.
 
Palmer, Alaska – The 2024 Alaska State Fair will culminate with the captivating croon of singer-songwriter Stephen Sanchez, slated to perform on the final day of the Fair’s 2024 Concert Series. Sanchez will take the stage Monday, September 2, at 3 p.m. at the ConocoPhillips Borealis Theatre. Tickets go on sale to the general public tomorrow, Friday, February 23, at 10 a.m. on the Fair website, alaskastatefair.org.
 
Sounding like a tried-and-tested troubadour, Sanchez is just 21 years old. Transcending eras, he writes and croons songs that could play from a vintage record player or from the main stage at Bonnaroo.
 
The singer-songwriter initially created buzz with his very first upload, “Lady by the Sea,” which went viral on social media. Not long after, his original breakout, “Until I Found You,” was certified multi-platinum and peaked at #23 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
 
His debut studio album, Angel Face, was released in September 2023, featuring the singles “Evangeline,” “Only Girl” and “Be More.”
 
Sanchez tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, February 23, on the Fair website, alaskastatefair.org, joining the previously announced concerts featuring Oliver Anthony, Whiskey Myers, Mt. Joy, Kolohe Kai and Ludacris.
Concert-goers have the option to purchase concert-only tickets or tickets including Fair admission. The included admission is at a discounted price and is good for the day of the concert only. Concert tickets including Fair admission must be purchased by August 15. Details on ticket options and pricing are available on the Fair website.
