DESCRIPTION:We will be hosting our annual Kickoff Kitchen fundraiser event on Friday\, April 19 at the Palmer Moose Lodge. We're spreading the word in hopes that our community will turn out to help support our programs and services for Mat-Su residents! Tickets are available via our website and include a tapas-style dinner\, two drink coupons for local beverages by Bleeding Heart Brewery\, and our Volunteer Awards presentation.\n\n \n\nSpeaking of awards \n\nNominations are still open for our 2024 Volunteer of the Year and Dorothy A. Jones Lifetime Achievement awards. If you know an outstanding Valley volunteer\, please consider nominating them for one of the following:\n\n \n\nNominees for the Dorothy A. Jones Lifetime Achievement Award should be nominated for the breadth of their volunteer contributions over the span of their lifetime.\n\nVolunteer of the Year Award nominees should be nominated for volunteerism over the past calendar year.\n\nAll nominees must be Mat-Su residents.\n\nWe welcome nominations of all ages! You can even nominate a group!
