Join the GPCC and the GWCC for a fun filled day on the fairgrounds! This annual tradition takes our luncheon mobile - to the events tent at the Alaska State Fair!
\n$20 gets you parking\, admission to the fair\, and lunch.
\nThis year our keynote speaker is Dr. Talis Colberg\, who is the retiring Director of the Mat-Su College. Dr. Colberg is a wealth of information on all things Matanuska Valley\, but especially the Alaska State Fair\, which was originally called the Matanuska Valley Agricultural and Industrial Fair. We are beyond thrilled to learn the history of this beloved event and Dr. Colberg is always a crowd pleaser.
\nThere will not be paper tickets printed. Please indicate on your registration how you'\;d like to receive your parking and fair admission tickets. The options are the GPCC office\, GWCC office\, or US Mail. Tickets purchased 24 hours or less prior to the event start must be picked up at the GPCC office.
Your admission to the fair is good all day\, so go ahead and take the rest of the day off!
