DESCRIPTION:Save the date!\n\nInfrastructure Grant Symposium hosted by U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski\n\n\n\nThe purpose of the symposium is to provide Alaskans with a better understanding of the unprecedented opportunities made possible by the bipartisan infrastructure law\, which provides for historic investments in core physical infrastructure roads\, bridges\, rail\, transit\, ports\, airports\, energy\, water systems\, and broadband.\n\n \n\nThe infrastructure law will allocate funding to over 350 distinct programs run by more than a dozen federal departments and agencies over the next several years. Federal representatives will be present to answer questions about programs and resources the law is making available. Officials from several state agencies   which are responsible for the allocation of significant formula funding from the new law   will also be on hand.\n\n \n\nThe event is free and open to the public.\n\n\n\nSessions\, workshops\, dialogue and representatives from federal agencies will be available to Alaskans for information and support as the federal government further develops its implementation plan for the infrastructure package.\n\n\n\nRSVP to events@murkowski.senate.gov
