DESCRIPTION:The Alaska State Fair is launching a new Ambassador Program to acknowledge and Fair involve supporters and enthusiasts. All Alaska residents are invited to apply. The selected ambassadors will be honored at the 2022 Fair Director's Reception\, and have the opportunity to represent the Fair and volunteer at various Fair events. In addition\, winners will receive Fair admission\, parking\, cash prizes\, Fair swag\, and more! Interested ambassadors should apply by August 1st at 4:30 PM. Participants will be notified on August 3rd if they have been selected to come in for an interview on Friday\, August 5th.\n\nThe Fair will select a total of four ambassadors\, including:\n\n\n	Teen Ambassador: male or female\, age 15   20  \n	Cultural Ambassador: male or female\, age 18+\n	Alaska State Fair Ambassador: male\, age 21+ \n	Alaska State Fair Ambassador: female\, age 21+ \n\n\nSelected ambassadors will be notified two weeks prior to the Fair\, and will be recognized at the 2022 director's reception\, which will take place on August 19 at the Fair.
